One of the largest property developers in Malaysia, LBS, began its journey in the early 1960s with hopes of providing homes that met the needs of all Malaysians. With a vision ‘to be an internationally recognised developer enhancing community living by building and inspiring delightful spaces,’ LBS Malaysia caters to a vast clientele whose needs range from apartments, homes and office spaces.
When it came to figuring out CRM, LBS needed a bit of extra help and wanted a specialist in Hubspot workflow management. This is where we stepped in. We provided them with a detailed strategy on how to tackle CRM going forward from identifying their customers and nurturing them using a workflow-based EDM strategy. Additionally, we devised a drip marketing campaign for them based on email send-outs. Developing EDMs on custom templates aimed to drive traffic to their landing page of choice, which we also built, based on their conversion requirements.

In addition to generating leads, we were able to help them start tracking their customer journey. This then, helped them to analyse the quality of the lead and figure out whether they were initially a part of their database or a new customer. Furthermore, in addition to leveraging their existing database, we used various workflows via Hubspot in order to increase footfall to their property events.
